This incident happened in my life and God reminded me of this verse
One evening, while shopping, I asked the shopkeeper 2 bananas and he insisted that I buy 3 for 10 Rs. I brought it and thought may be it would be wasted since it will be spoiled quickly. 5 minutes later a lady came with her son and asked me for momey and said her boy dint eat anything. I assumed that they need money and was about to leave. Then it struck me that i have an extra banana. I asked the mom hesistantly whether she will have the banana and she said OK. I gave it happily and thought God wanted me to buy this extra banana so that I can feed the young son.
Matthew 6:25 - 26
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
