Dont say "why me?? " say, "try me!!"

A speck of thought hit me when i came across this forward... "When life puts you through tough situations don't say 'y me?' say 'try me' "... I guess its a very old forward but gives an instant power to go on... All of us really like to say "I like facing challenges in life..." We speak as if we can spin the world wit our finger :) But when it comes to the real scenario, we get frustrated and blame every single thing that we come across... " Why is this happening to me ?? " ,"I am unable to move on" etc etc...

All of us like to reach great heights in life.. It a very common vision... We all like to be winners... So naturally we tend to take a step towards our goal... First few steps we will try to manage.. But the going gets tough for the next few steps... At this point some of us might curse life and give up... But some even in the midst of frustration and depression some tend to move forward with a very strong heart.. But what to do? Their goals might ditch them... Make them think that they are not even worth to dream of becoming a winner... At that point they just sit and realize how much confident they used to be.. the power, their will power, strength to overcome any hardship..

Recollecting all these memories never give them the strength to move on.. They end up only thinking of the past.. Some might give up at this point of time.. Their goal will only be a step away from them... But they fail to realize..

The other part of people still struggle to get through.. They don't have the heart to give up.. They want to achieve and reach the pinnacle.. But they are totally broken and shattered waiting for someone to lift them up.. Here comes their friends to help them!!.. A strong hand that lifts them up , gives them a hand to hold on and makes them stronger.. Friends pat on their shoulders and say "Why do u think u cant go on??? Why do u struggle?? Here are we near u!! Move on !! The world is waiting for u!!" .. These words give them confidence and they move on to the pinnacle of success !!

I always like to sit and watch the waves in the sea.. It reminds me of some old saying... "Waves try to reach land and rule over them.. It comes with a greater force to hit the land.. its efforts fail.. But it never gives up.. Once again it tries and it is trying till today thinking that someday it will achieve its goal"...

Giving up easily never makes us a legend... On seeing us strive , may be our parents would say, its OK don't struggle yourself... They may pity us.. But that would never give the world a chance to know who we are...

I am reminded of the saying of my school principal.."
struggle..Don't give up.. The body will pain.. Things might hurt you.. But in the end its you who will know the essence of success "

Ask someone who has achieved after many attempts.. They will know the real happiness of success
for they did not give up their destiny in spite of their situations turning against them...

The deeper ur passion, the higher ur pinnacle of success!!

Most of us get inspired when we see people achieve great things in life.. And sometimes we even end up trying to keep these persons as role models.. We dream and dream of achieving , but it remains as a dream most of the time.. As our former president said "dreaming is the first stepping stone towards success", we always remain in the first step..

So one day i was just thinking about what made certain people with no proper background to become great icons in life... as we all know, "necessity is the mother of invention" .. yes these people were desperate enough to move ahead in life..and no matter what comes ahead, they were determined to win..

All of us know about the CEO of king caters Mr.Sarath Babu.. an IIM-A graduate.. If we look into his background , he was not a millionaire, but in his dreams he wanted to be a winner.. his mom used to sell idlis and with that money he studied.. Studying in IIM-A is not a very easy task.. u need money..But his determination made him to reach there.. He was sponsored and now is successful...

We have come across many inspiring stories like this.. All of them had one thing in common... It is there determination to change their current scenario.. They din want to strive for basic amenities anymore.. They wanted to move ahead... U can also name it as passion or they were desperate enough to win.. They dint have many options like us.. Theirs were "do or die".. I guess this is the part in which we are lagging .. we have too many options.. we have too many choices..

On the other hand i can also term it in different way.. We like to dream... dream as in we think " if we become so and so it would be nice " etc etc .. its just a wish .. not an ambition.. a desire ,not a desperation.. The deeper we are passionate, the more likely we are to reach success.. I heard somebody saying
"How much u are desperate to achieve in life, the more likely are the chances for u to succeed ... "

If u r really really passionate , never mind whether situation would help u to do so... "IT WILL " is the answer ... Once somebody said , "Situations come handy for those who dare to be winners" .. So for those who are thinking whether they can achieve, here is the tip ,
"If u r determined to be a winner, no matter what happens, u can very well go ahead!! the world is urs!!! "

CAN???????????

Born with a smile...
Brought up with a passion to conquer the world...
She grew up with confidence...
And courage that normals don't possess....
Achieved....
Fortitude increased hunderd fold...
Goals set higher and she was determined to be a winner...
Worked harder, Grit grew stronger....
Efforts given in fully...
Time for results and did she wait eagerly...
Confidence held no bounds and was sure of winning...
But alas!! results ditched her...

Totally shattered did she lay...
Bones broken ...
kiths tried to help, but in vain...
She lay there for years healing slowly...
And now she could stand up and walk...
But could not run her race any longer...
Waiting for a miracle to strike her..
So that she would run again...

new goals formed, new horizons to reach..
new territories discovered, waiting to be conquered...
the zeal returns in her, she feels resurrected..
the innate vigor, momentarily abated, regains momentum..

she's back, as strong as ever, determined to avenge..
confidence floods back in the void, seeps into her veins.
a radiant smile lights up her face, ambitions seem reachable..

i CAN, she says, inspired by those who have at the apex
i SHALL, she challenges, all those who conspire against her..
i WILL, she claims, to everything that stands in her way.
i WONT, she vows, to anything that will hinder her progress

although derailed, she builds a track of her own..
with immense support n strength she bounces back,
regaining her momentum on the way to the top..
pinnacle of success awaits her with open arms,
astonished with her flair, the heavens shower her with grace.
reinforced with her past, she grows, stronger than ever

everyone who comes her way, lie shattered..
in the battle for survival, she rises above them all..
victory welcomes her with open arms,
she stands at the pinnacle of success,
her ultimate dream accomplished, accepted humbly, modestly..

IS CLEANLINESS REALLY NEXT TO GODLINESS???

Well, before i start to write this new post,i would like to mention what prompted me to post this new note.... I was travelling on an electric suburban train on a hot sunny day..Not much of passengers on board, still too much of litters.I was wondering why on earth is my country too dirty?with this thought wandering my mind,I took a long walk to catch bus...All i could see on my way was tons of garbage scattered on road.... So i decided to just write something about it...

Many a times we blame our country and mainly our fellow Indians for not keeping our places clean...I have seen that people who have just returned from foreign trips proudly say "U know how clean Japan is? China is?Singapore is? U know what? u have to pay penalty if we litter the highways blah blah." People keep saying so proudly about our neighboring countries and curse ours for not being up to the mark...One thing which i have noticed is that these people as long as they were in those countries ,would not have littered at all.. But once they come here, they start ruining the place.. If asked why? they say "My country!!" What a shame!!Guess our government has given too much place for all these...

I am reminded of one incident that happened to me recently.. I got a cup of coffee in a railway station and after consuming was searching a trash basket... One of my friends said "why do u search?put it in the railway track".. Most of the time we tend to give good advices to our fellow people!!...So now coming to my story at last i found out one dust bin!!.. To my astonishment even the trash basket looked like as if it has to be condemned!! Too dirty!! For namesake there is one trash basket at each station...

I am reminded of yet another incident where a mother and a kid was sitting opposite to me in train... The mother was eating some fruit and dropped the remains just like that on the floor.. I told her not to do and what i got in return was a stare!!Not only this, each of us can say thousands and thousands of such incidents in our day today life!!

And in railway station bridges there is not even a provision to discard waste!!Then coming to our electric suburbans, again we don't have a provision to put waste except railway tracks!!This is not only the case for trains, even our roads become prey to those travel on buses!!Anything to discard?put it outside the window!! very simple job indeed... We never see who comes behind us and we spit, wash our hands and do all sort of nonsense there...What on earth do we really think when we do this?

Now and then we hear NGO's taking measures to clean roads, beaches etc etc... but all their efforts are in vain...I think our government either thinks people are matured enough not to litter or they themselves participate actively in this...There are only two solutions to this case!!
Either everyone of us should take an oath not to litter the place around or the government has to take an initiative regarding this serious issue!!

Well, the latter solution seems to be difficult to implement!! And we are so called humans with six senses!! can't we at least sense that our own country is being spoiled by ourselves? So let us,from now on think a minute before we play up with our roads and railway tracks!!!

SMILE-POWER TO WIN EVERYTHING

Well, the word 'smile' itself makes everybody's lips to curve... If u start ur day with smile, definitely and unquestionably u will end it with heart filled hapiness!!.Two days before i read an article in "young world".It starts like this."smile.. and the world smiles too" how true?!! well for me it is :)

Smile really makes us forget all our problems. There is a proverb which funnily quotes smile as "Smiling is infectious,You can catch it like the flu.Someone smiled at me today, And I started smiling too. "When i thought of writing some new post,i was searching for a topic and suddenly this came to my mind and involuntarily a smile flashed across my face!!

I am trying to wonder how it would be if our day today activities always have smile? well then, we wil have a journey!!... Morning u get up, and mom gives us a cup of coffee!! and u say "Hi mom a very gooood morning with a heart filled smile!! Well that really makes her happy all the day!! not only her but even u!!.. Next u go on to your college or school or office or watever it is :) ... u see your fellow colleague or classmate at a distant whom u are not close to... u wave ur hand and say "HIIIIIIII " with a big and infectious smile!! i bet u will make them startled for quiet sometime!! They wil for sure remember ur smile and smile when they hear ur name!!. Just think how much diffrence can u make in a persons life? Is that not an achievement?

And no matter whatever problems u have,u can forget everything and even solve it with a smile!! U can change ur looks with a smile!!Smiling is not just a grin or something. It is an emotion reflected in your eyes... For a smile to be infectious,it has to be genuine and start from the heart, from your soul and reflect in ur eyes and lips!!This problem solving not only applies to us but even to others!! many a times we may be unable to help our best friends who are at probs... but we can give our smile that will strengthen them to face any problemcourageously!! If a single smile can do miracles in our best buddies life, why cant we share it???

After all, smile costs nothing and it enriches both the receiver and the giver!! But has only one condition!! our smile needs to be genuine!! It needs to be from the heart..fake smiles can never ever do wonders, cos it does not have emotions!!

Most of the day's while we get up,we usually end up thinking how today is going to be? Only problems come into our mind the moment we get up and we ultimately end up worrying and our face becomes small :-( :-(.. Now i am reminded of Norman Vincent Peale writing something in his book.... he says "Every morning when u get up,u have two option... to be happy or not.... well i chose the former and thats why am happy always!!".. We have too many problems to face in our world!! but see this beautiful saying which says"The world always looks brighter from behind a smile!!"

So start smiling and spread the love!! smile and let others smile!! before i sign off i would like to say "when life gives u hundred reasons to cry, show life that u have million reasons to smile!! " :-) :-) :-)

TRUST IN FRIENDSHIP

"To be trusted is something greater than to be loved" is a beautiful saying about TRUST-a feeling greater than anything else. Trust and belief seem to be little similar but in in its inner most meaning it completely differs. You can believe any one.But you can never trust a person so easily. In its roots if a person says that he trusts you then he really means it from the heart.Trust builds in your heart only after u know the person by heart.

Well, then how does trust establish itself?there are plenty of ways and the most striking way is through "FRIENDSHIP".I strongly believe that many people don't trust their parents as they trust their friends.we often say so many things to our best buddies trusting them. This trust really helps our people to guard us in many difficult situations.Because they know how we react in certain situations. To say it from a different angle, trusting means enabling others to take advantage of your vulnerabilities but still believing that they wont do this :).Friends are those people who know everything about us.. Positives and negatives,Good and bad,etc etc... I remember some quote about friendship which says "I know everything about u still i love u for the way u are".Most cases we are privileged enough to have somebody to trust and to be trusted....

Trust never comes in one day.. It takes time to spread out its roots into the hearts.. But for friendship trust builds quickly than the rest of the relationship(parents are exception)... There is a beautiful thought about friendship and trust.. The outline goes like this... There were two friends.. One person asks the other "What if i broke ur trust someday? The other one answered, trusting u was my decision and proving me right is ur choice... :)"

As said earlier trusting is greater than loving. But when that trust turns into a betrayal, then there is nothing worst than that.Honesty and trust are intertwined with each other.. When u trust someone u honestly confess something to them believing that they will understand you..Honesty should not be used against that person.. Trust is a beautiful piece glass of glass that has to be handled delicately..But when u break it, u stab that person to death.. U kill his soul..
So be happy to have trusted friends around you and be proud to be trusted!!! And never ever betray ur friendship and somebody's trust!!! As of now me signing off :)

ARE YOU LAVISH?THINK TWICE

Every time when I leave some food in my plate I am reminded of what my parents said. It made me realise a truth. One night after our dinner the topic "Inflation" was the subject of discussion. My father said that the prices of all the essential pulses are soaring high day by day in spite of government proclaiming that inflation in still remains negative. But today the price of one kg of pulses is almost 100 rupees. And the price of rice is rocketing!!. 260 millions of Indians are still below poverty line.Even Middle class people are people are struggling to run a family. If that is the case then what about the daily wagers?. They do have many dreams about their living. But not even their basic need of food satisfied. If this keeps going then poorer people go poorer and poorer. If the basic requirement is not sufficient,to think of other essentialities is of utter waste. Its high time that government realises this as a serious issue. So what is that which we can do? Very simple!!.The next time when you leave something in your plate, think about the innocent faces, those small children who are not even able to get one meal per day. From our side we can do things in such a way that might people who are in need. That could be of greater help to this society.
